Judicial Dispute Resolution, LLC (JdR) provides efficient and effective resolution of civil disputes. Our panel of retired judges is devoted to helping you reach mutually acceptable resolutions of disputes. JdR’s panelists bring a wealth of experience and insight to the dispute resolution process gained through their years in private practice, in serving as judges in the Washington State Court system and in full-time dispute resolution.

JdR offers:

Premier Facilities: We provide the facilities necessary to achieve successful resolution of all civil disputes. We maintain comfortably-appointed mediation rooms and a large, formal trial/arbitration hearing room with adjoining conference rooms.

Videoconference ADR Services: JdR has successfully tailored the Zoom platform to JdR standards and we provide video-conference mediations and arbitration motions and hearings.

Time Tested Experience: Our panelists have the breadth of experience and personality to fit any case.

Additional Services: Other services include hearing officer, mock trial, appellate consultation and special master.
