Judicial Dispute Resolution Charity Trophy
Elizabeth Hebener won the 2010 Judicial Dispute Resolution Charity Golf Tournament with a stunning birdie (net eagle) on the tough par 4 18th Hole. Her drive split the fairway, her iron to the green left her with a 6 foot putt which she drained! Elizabeth is only the second female to have her name engraved on the Hallowed Cup of the Judicial Dispute Resolution Charity Trophy.
This year’s beneficiary of the tournament was the First Tee of Greater Seattle, an organization that introduces golf to youth in the Seattle area. The net proceeds from the tournament totaled approximately $9,000, JDR rounded this up to $10,000 and sent a check for that amount to the First Tee.
For winning this year’s event, Elizabeth gets to name the charity we benefit in 2011. She has decided to rename the First Tee as next year’s beneficiary. It’s a great charity for golfers to support.
